Patrol, Community and School Engagement

In between patrols this afternoon, officers from Safer Neighbourhood Team have spent some time at the Bradwell Coffee and Company event which is held in the library area at the Memorial Hall and the Eyam C of E Primary School speaking to Key Stage 1 children.

By visiting the Coffee and Company event, it gave an opportunity for those who visited a chance to speak with their local officers about concerns they have, complete surveys, ask about crime prevention advice or signup to Derbyshire Alert.

During the visit at the school, the children were enthusiastic regarding the topic of It’s Okay To Say and asked questions throughout our time doing the talk.
