Local burglar arrested and charged!

🌟 Another Brilliant Arrest by Northwood Hills Police!🌟

Great teamwork has led to another offender being taken off our streets. After spotting an overnight burglary on Pinner Road in the last 24‑hour crime review, PCSO Toufeeq Hyder was straight on the case — offering support to the victim, speaking with neighbours, and securing vital CCTV footage.

From that CCTV, a familiar suspect, Cedric Cawthorne, was identified. Thanks to swift collaboration between our Safer Neighbourhood Team and CID, Cedric was tracked down and arrested in another force area.

CID have now charged him with the Pinner Road burglary — and another burglary offence. He is currently in prison awaiting trial.

👏 This is a fantastic example of SNT and CID working seamlessly together to protect our community and bring burglars to justice.
