Glossop SNT - Community Speed Watch Event in Hadfield today
PCSO Buller and 1 volunteer from the Hadfield Community Speed Watch team completed an event at Woolleybridge Rd, Hadfield this morning, Friday March 20th - between 11.00 am and 12.00 pm.
The speed limit on this road is 30 mph. During the event today the number of vehicles who went by the team was 421 of those 21 were recorded driving above 35 mph. with highest being 42mph.
This location had been identified by local councillors and the residents of Hadfield as one of the Policing Priorities chosen for that area - which have been reported by the community as high-risk roads through speeding.
