After taking a look at recent Lancashire Talking surveys, it has come to my attention that parking issues are a top concern in the area.

Please let me kindly remind those who's vehicles are currently parked on footpaths, causing an obstruction, that they must move their vehicles as soon as possible, or you could face possible fixed penalty notices for obstructing the highway.

Neighbourhood officers for the area will be monitoring the situation for the foreseeable.
