Weekly round-up from your local Neighbourhood Team

Hello Resident,

This is a brief message from St Michael’s Team 1 to let you know some of the things we have been doing in your area this week (09/03/26 until 14/03/26).

Arrests have been made in regards to Robberies and Shop Thefts within Coventry City Centre. Offenders have both been placed in front of the courts or are awaiting trials. Civil interventions have also been put in place to prevent re-offending.

Targeted patrols in both Lady Herbert's gardens and Penny Black Lane have been conducted both overtly and covertly to protect the public.

Officers have been taking part in joint operations with Safer Travel and Coventry City Council within Pool Meadow Bus Station to help drive down anti social behaviour.

PCSO 32143 PASSANTINO will be at Coventry Transport Museum on the following dates;

Friday 20th march 2026 between 10:00 and 11:00 hours 

Monday 23rd march 2026 between 15:; and 16:00 hours

Come in and have a cuppa with a copper for crime prevention and personal safety advice.

Please ensure you lock your vehicles and hide your valuables away in any car parks. There has been a slight increase in vehicle thefts from car parks in recent weeks and officers are patrolling car parks both overtly and covertly on a daily basis.
