Good Afternoon Resident,
I hope you find this message in good health. Your local policing team invite you to join our next Ward Panel Meeting.
I would like to inform you that we have temporarily changed the location for our upcoming Ward Panel Meeting. Due to refurbishment works at the library lasting until the end of May, we will now be hosting the meeting at Alderbrook Primary School, who have generously accommodated us during this period.
New Venue:
If you will be attending, please reply to this message so we can confirm attendance numbers and manage arrangements on site.
We are extremely grateful to the Head Teacher and the team at Alderbrook Primary School for their support in providing us with a suitable space. Through their generosity, tea and coffee will also be available on the evening.
We will send a reminder email next week and place clear signage at the school to direct you upon arrival.
There is a small car park at the entrance of Oldridge Road. However, this is private parking for residents only. Please refrain from parking there.
The meeting will start promptly at 6:30pm and will finish at approximately 8:00pm. Please allow sufficient time for travel. Parking is limited, but some spaces may be available on Oldridge Road, with additional parking at Lochinvar Street Car Park behind the Salvation Army.
