Community engagement from your local PCSO

Good evening, hope your well.

PCSO Millichap and PC Dewhurst visited @DunstonStLeonards  this morning — one of the local schools on my patch, to spend some time with the pupils and talk about our role in policing. We had a great Q&A session, with plenty of thoughtful questions from the children.

We rounded things off with a ‘show me, tell me’ look around the police vehicle, which is always a favourite and helps bring policing to life in a really engaging way.

Dunston St Leonard’s is a school we work closely with, and it’s always a pleasure to visit. Today was very well received by all, and the pupils were an absolute credit to the school and wider community.
