Hayes Town SNT Secure CBO Against Prolific Shoplifter

I’m pleased to share an excellent result for Hayes Town Safer Neighbourhood Team in our continued efforts to tackle persistent shoplifting impacting businesses and the wider community.

On 12/03/2026, at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court, Patrick NOEL was sentenced following previously pleading guilty to Nine shoplifting offences. 

Following the guilty pleas, the court granted a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) for three years, which was applied for by Hayes Town SNT to help curb NOEL’s ongoing offending and provide long‑term protection to local retailers. As part of these conditions NOEL is banned from key Hayes Town locations such as Station Road and Coldharbour Lane where much of his offending took place. 

This outcome reflects our team’s dedication to proactively identifying prolific offenders, building strong case files, and working closely with local businesses to reduce crime in Hayes Town. It is another clear example of our ongoing commitment to making the area safer for both residents and shopkeepers.
