CRIME UPDATE IN YOUR AREA – FRONT STREET, BIRSTALL (Crime Reference: 26000142059)

YOU ARE RECEIVING THIS MESSAGE AS YOU LIVE WITHIN 700 METRES OF A RECENT BURGLARY

We have received a report of a Public Order incident, that has occurred between 16:30 and 19:30 hours Tuesday the 10th of March 2026 in the vicinity of FRONT STREET and WHILES LANE in BIRSTALL.

There has been 1 victim and upwards of 20 assailants.

Did you see or hear anything during these times, or do you have any information that could help us identify the offender/s? 

Do you have any CCTV or camera doorbells that may have captured them entering or exiting the vicinity? If yes, please can you check your footage and make contact if there is anything you feel may help the investigation. 

An investigation is being conducted and all immediate/relevant residents & businesses will be visited by police, however if you are not visited and have information or footage, please let us know as it may just be the piece of information, we are waiting for that leads to the identification/prosecution of the offender/s and will keep our community safer.
