Burglary in street name/location

Burglary in Wootton Road, Quinton, Northampton

Dear Resident

We are appealing for information about a burglary at a farm barn on Wootton Road, Quinton. The burglary happened on between 7.30pm on the 11th March and 7am on the 12th March 2026.

The offender or offenders forced entry to a barn using a grinder and steal a 2kw generator from within.

Business burglary

Ensure your premises are alarmed. If you are in a remote location, your alarm should be remotely monitored and any confirmed activations forwarded directly to police for response.

Make sure your premises has good lighting covering access points and dark or hidden areas

Invest in CCTV to deter and detect crime

Retailers should leave their tills empty overnight with till drawer left open to avoid any damage

Valuable items should be stored within a securely locked cupboard/cage within the building
