||
|
Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision at Icklingham earlier this week.
Officers were called at just before 2.35pm on Wednesday 11 March to reports of a serious RTC on the B1112, Eriswell Road, involving two vehicles.
A white Volkswagen Scirocco car travelling from Icklingham towards Eriswell was in a head-on collision with a blue Fiat Bravo car, driving in the opposite direction.
A passenger in the Fiat car, a woman in her 70s, was taken to hospital having sustained a potentially life-changing injury. The driver of the Volkswagen sustained minor injuries.
Ambulance crews were also in attendance at the incident and the road was closed for several hours.
Can you help?
Officers are appealing for any witnesses to the collision and asking any motorists driving in the area at the time of the incident with a dashcam fitted in their vehicle to review the footage.
