You are Cordially Invited to Our Community Role-Playing Tabletop Event called Community Solutions - Testing Ideas, building trust!

Join us for an engaging session of creativity, strategy, and collaboration at our Community Solutions designed specifically for members of the community.

Date: 31st March 2026

Time: 12:30 to 15:00 or 15:30 to 18:00.

Location: The Ballroom, Cannock Council Offices, Beecroft Road, Cannock, WS11 1BG.

This event aims to bring together creative minds to explore the exciting world of tabletop role-playing games. This gathering will provide an opportunity to network, share ideas, and collaborate on innovative projects.

Event Highlights:

Interactive tabletop sessions. These are facilitated sessions bringing together different perspectives to strengthen relationships and explore shared solutions to local challenges. Through discussion, role‑play and shared problem‑solving, participants will experience different perspectives and hopefully identify practical ways to work effectively as one community.

Networking opportunities with agencies.

Refreshments and light snacks provided by Asda Store, Avon Road - Community Champion.

How will the sessions work?

There are two scenarios to work through, both lasting around an hour to give a break in between for refreshments and networking.

Parking and Entrance to Event

Public parking is available at Beecroft Road Car park, Beecroft Road, Cannock, WS11 1JR.

Entry to the event will be via the members entrance on the right-hand side of the Civic centre and will be clearly signposted on the day. There will be no entrance through the main reception area.
