Emanuel Community Centre Wellbeing Day, 96 Clive Road, 14th March 11.00 – 14.00

On Saturday 14th March the Emanuel Community Centre, 96 Clive Road is hosting a Wellbeing Day to introduce a regular weekly drop in programme organised by Thriving Norwood (part of the Norwood Forum) with free taster session. 

Emanuel Community Centre is next to Clive Passage from a Number 3 bus stop on South Croxted Road as well as having convenient parking for you to bring friends  relatives and neighbours who need transport.

The programme includes:

Stretching – gentle stretching exercises to improve your flexibility – however stiff your joints.. 

Dancing – get moving with our fun dance session – no experience necessary.

Laughter – discover how laughter can improve your wellbeing. 

Gardening – pot some bulbs to take home and take a tour of the Carnac Community Garden opposite.

There will also be expert advice workers on site specialising in debt and housing. 

The team from the Lambeth Health and Wellbeing Bus will be on hand to take your blood pressure.

Or maybe you just want to come along to enjoy a free lunch, have a chat, cuppa and a biscuit and listen to a live band  Youthsayers
