Suspicious Activity

Please be aware we have had reports of suspicious activity, suspected to be rogue traders, offering road planings and asking for scrap. The van used is a 25 plate MAXUS white panel van with an orange stripe down the sides and red and yellow high vis stripes on the back. The male driver is described as white, dark hair, slim build aged in his 50's, with dark bushy eyebrows. He gave the name of Richard. Please be vigilant and report any suspicious activity on 101 or 999 in an emergency.
