Man Arrested and Charged for Supplying Class A Drugs

On the evening of Friday 6th March, officers from the York West Neighbourhood Policing Team acted swiftly after receiving information about a male suspected to be drug dealing in the Acomb area of York.

A short time later, officers located the male who was detained and searched, where 32 wraps of cocaine and heroin were recovered. The 46-year-old man was arrested at the scene and later interviewed.

He has since been charged with possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
