Appeal following non-stop collision

We are appealing for information following a non-stop collision in Cannock.

We were called at 6pm on Friday (6 March) to Lichfield Road following reports of a collision at the Hednesford Road/Church Street island.

A woman was driving a grey Renault Captur between 3.45pm and 4pm when it was involved in a collision with a blue Renault Megane.

The Megane, believed to be driven by a young man, had been travelling along Hednesford Road prior to the collision and left the scene afterwards.

The woman attended A&E as a precaution following the collision.

We are keen to speak to anyone who saw what happened or who may have relevant CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage.
