This week our team carried out foot patrols in the Steventon area following reports of drug dealing near the allotments.

Officers spent time engaging with residents, checking key locations, and offering reassurance to the community 👮👣.

During the patrols, the team walked along the beautiful Steventon Causeway 🌿— a historic raised pathway dating back to medieval times. 
Built to keep villagers above the marshland, it remains one of the longest and best preserved causeways in England, stretching almost a mile between the village and the church. A stunning reminder of the area’s rich history 🏞️.
