Confirming our conversation just now. You said that the NW group hasn't really been active since Covid and that the focus is now with Sandbanks Community Group.

I read out the names and addresses of the 5 other registered members of the Sandbanks Association NW and you said you didn't know any of them.

We agreed that your status should be changed from coordinator to member and that the scheme should be deleted. I confirm that these changes have been made.

You and the other 5 members remain registered with Neighbourhood Alert as members of Neighbourhood Watch but the Sandbanks Association NW has been deleted.
