Have your say on independent review into the Metropolitan Police Service

The Fairfield Independent Review, led by Dr Gillian Fairfield, is assessing the Met’s progress against the recommendations made in Baroness Casey’s 2023 review — and we’re asking Londoners to share their views as part of this important work.

A new survey is gathering public feedback on cultural change, standards, and the impact of improvements made so far — and we need your insight.

The survey is open to anyone who lives in London or has lived here in the past three years. It takes 10–20 minutes, and you don’t need any prior knowledge of the Casey Review to take part.

Your experiences and perceptions matter. They will help shape meaningful, lasting change in the Met.
