Most Wanted Nominal: On 25 February 2026, PCSOs identified and engaged a group of suspicious males on Wednesfield High Street. One individual was identified and the nominal  was wanted & arrested for shop theft, assault, and failing to attend court.

Retail & Drug Crime: Officers recently arrested two males in Wednesfield for breaching community orders, with one also charged for Possession with Intent to Supply Class A drugs.

Robbery Charge: A male was arrested for a robbery in Heath Town and has since been charged and remanded.

HGV Seizures: Working with Staffordshire Police, the team seized two HGVs suspected of being used for high-value thefts following an intelligence-led operation. 

Illegal E-Riders: The team is actively "putting the brakes" on illegal e-riders, particularly modified "souped-up" bikes used for dangerous riding and drug dealing near Bentley Bridge and Heath Town .

Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB):

• Bentley Bridge: High-visibility patrols continue to reassure businesses and shoppers at the retail park.

• Crossways Shopping Centre: Joint patrols with council ASB teams have resulted in Community Protection Warnings (CPWs) and Notices (CPNs) being served to offenders.

Community Engagement:

• Drop-in Sessions: PCSOs have recently met with residents at retirement living establishments and hosted "Coffee with Cops" at The Community Hub, Ashmore Park.

• Public Safety: Officers held an event at Sainsbury’s, Bentley Bridge, to promote an ASB survey and provide crime prevention advice to shoppers. 

Heath Town Surgery: A local police surgery is scheduled for Tuesday, 17 March 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Stratton Street Community Centre.
