Croyland Area Newsletter Northamptonshire Police are dedicated to reducing crime in the Croyland Area, Wellingborough. As a part of this we have set up an operation specifically targeting Drug harm, Serious violence and Anti-social behaviour in your area. It is not fair that the bad behaviours and affiliations of the minority should be allowed to impact upon others. We will do everything we can to disrupt criminal activity and to bring offenders to justice. We will be working with partner agencies to re-build the community, reduce crime and to improve the area for yourself and the community. Clear Hold Build The Clear Hold Build team are a small group of officers that are dedicated to the area, this will ensure that the area receives a high level of visible mobile and foot patrols each month. Northants Police is determined to provide residents with reassurance and the officers have been placed within your community daily to listen to your concerns and work with partner agencies to put solutions in place. The team will also complete multiple community engagement events on the Croyland Area, including Beat Bus events and community meetings with both the Neighbourhood Watch group and Street Watch. Many of these events will also include other partner agencies such as Mind, Housing Associations, North Northants Council and Substance 2 Solutions. Northants Police will also complete partnership work with the community payback team who will assist with projects such as litter picking within Croyland Park. Northamptonshire Police understand that many parents have concerns over their children’s safety within Croyland Park. Northamptonshire Police officers, as such, have visited Croyland Primary School and will work with the school to provide ongoing support and police education talks on knife crime and drug harm. The aim of this is to educate and divert young people away from criminality. How can you help? For us to be as effective as possible, we need your help.
