📣 Good afternoon Braunstone and Rowley Fields residents,

The team have had a busy couple of shifts over the past couple of days, so here’s a round‑up of what we’ve been up to…

👮‍♀️ Community Update from PCSO Julie & Beth 👮‍♀️

Yesterday morning we held a beat surgery at B-inspired 🏘️ — thank you to all the residents who came along for a chat and shared their concerns. Your support means a lot! 💬💙

Afterwards, we carried out a knife sweep at Westcotes Park 🌳🔍 and we’re pleased to report that nothing was found 👍✨

We also completed our school patrols 🚸 to help keep students and the wider community safe.

To round off the shift, we recovered a stolen motorbike 🏍️💼. This will now be examined by our forensics team and the investigation remains ongoing 🔬👣

👮‍♀️ PC Paige teamed up with PC Holly from a neighbouring beat to support and respond to domestic abuse incidents.

👮‍♂️👮‍♀️ PCs Ryan and Chelsea were busy carrying out cuckooing visits, crime‑queue enquiries, and school patrols.

👮‍♀️ Patch Walk & International Women’s Day 👮‍♂️

PCs Chelsea and Ryan conducted a patch walk in and around the Blackmore Drive area 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️. They were joined by residents, Councillor Barton, and staff from Leicester City Housing and the Anti-Social Behaviour Housing Team — joint partnership working at its best! 🤝🏘️✨

After the walk, they visited The Grove Community Hub to celebrate International Women’s Day 🌍💜, spending time with female students from local schools who all seemed to be enjoying a fantastic, inspiring day! 🎉👩‍🎓💐

The team assisted firearms colleagues by helping to safeguard a young individual, ensuring their safety and welfare.
