This is a message from Cheshire Neighbourhood Watch Association (CNWA).

We are currently conducting an audit of schemes in the Chester & West Cheshire area and you are shown as being a member of - Chester - Highbank Road Neighbourhood Watch Scheme

Enquiries reveal that this scheme has no coordinator. Protocol dictates that a scheme must have a coordinator to manage it.
