Road Traffic Collision - Monday 2nd March 2026

We are looking for any witnesses to a Road Traffic Collision that occurred between 15:45 and 16:15 on Monday 2nd March on Elm Grove Road, Dawlish. We are particularly interested to identify a black or dark coloured Audi that was involved.
