We’re asking residents across the rural area to remain vigilant following recent reports of abandoned caravans and attempted caravan thefts in the wider region.

If you see an abandoned caravan that is not blocking the road:
📞 Please contact your local council to report it as potential fly-tipping.

If a caravan is abandoned and is blocking the carriageway:
📞 Call 101 to report it.
⚠️ If it is in a dangerous position or poses an immediate risk to road users, please call 999 for an emergency response.

Caravan Security – Please Stay Alert:
🔒 Keep caravans locked and secured at all times.
🎥 CCTV or other security measures are strong deterrents.
👀 Be mindful of any suspicious activity, as there have been attempted thefts of caravans in the wider area.
