Speed checks

Good afternoon,

Today I have been in Goudhurst conducting speed checks around the village and speaking to local residents. 

Today, most drivers were abiding by the limit but if caught exceeding the speed limit, drivers can be issued points on their licence and fines. 

Please remember that the speed limits are exactly that, limits, not targets.

I will continue to conduct speed checks in the area so please be mindful of the speed limits. 

I also try to be out and about in Goudhurst as much as I can so please do come and chat to me if you see me.
