Witness appeal following attempted burglary - Florence Avenue, Maidenhead

Hello Resident, 

We are appealing for information following a report of an attempted burglary in Florence Avenue, Maidenhead.  

The incident occurred around 7.p.m. on Tuesday 3rd March.

Unknown Offender/s smashed a rear window, before being disturbed by the home owner and fled the scene. 

Assisting officer PCSO Miller, based at Maidenhead police station, said; “We would like to speak to anyone who has information, CCTV or door cam footage within the area at this time to please come forward - did you see anyone behaving suspiciously in this area?

Please be reminded, If you are out in hours of darkness use light timers, leave a light on, ensure door bell cameras are working, security lighting is in place, do not leave keys in doors, also if not already in place - consider installing CCTV and or doorbell cameras front and rear.
