Suspect of vehicle crime arrested and attended court

Officers from the Grove Park safer neighbourhood team have been working to tackle vehicle crime in the area. After seeing a rise in theft from motor vehicles, officers worked to identify suspects by completing door to door enquiries, viewing CTTV and engaging with the public to identify offenders. 

One prolific offender was arrested and recently attended court for a trial, where they were served with paperwork for the application of a Criminal Behaviour Order. This was a significant achievement and a great result for the ward.
