Anti Social Behaviour Motorbike

There have been several reports of a male riding a motorcycle through the pedestrian area between Waters Edge and Glebe Road on a regular basis, narrowly missing children using the path and other adults.  

The Male riding the motorcycle is described as 16-20 years old wearing a black jacket, bandana covering his face. Hood up no helmet.
