🚲 Community Cycle Safety Event – Ride Without Fear

Local officers are supporting a free community cycling workshop aimed at helping women and girls build confidence while riding in Lewisham.

📍 Downham Leisure Centre – Café Patio  

🗓 Saturday 7 March  

⏰ 11am – 1pm

Delivered by Lewisham Cyclists and hosted by Downham Leisure Centre, the session includes:

✔ Free bike checks  - Dr Bike set up

✔ Puncture Repair Skills Workshop (learn practical roadside skills)  

✔ Cycle safety advice from your BCU Cycle Lead 

The event provides a friendly and inclusive environment to learn new skills, ask questions, and gain confidence cycling safely in the community.
