At 1am this morning on Chadwick Bank, 2 offenders have lifted a fence panel to gain access. They have tried a car door and garage handle. They were disturbed and ran towards the Stourport direction. Nothing was taken. They have been described as wearing black clothing and having their faces covered with balaclavas. Please can residents check their cctv or ring doorbell footage to see if anything has been captured.
