6 Year Criminal Behaviour Order Secured Against Prolific Hanwell Offender |
Dear All Residents, Hanwell Broadway Safer Neighbourhoods Team have secured a six year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) against Alisse Giles, a prolific offender responsible for persistent shoplifting, drug related anti social behaviour, violence, and parcel thefts across Hanwell and West Ealing. This follows the submission of an 84 page evidence bundle to Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court. Giles failed to attend today’s hearing, and the CBO was granted in her absence. She will be served with the Order when located. Why This Matters Residents and businesses have been heavily affected by Giles’ repeated offending throughout 2025. The CBO is designed to provide long term protection and reassure the community that action is being taken to address ongoing concerns. Key Features of the 6 Year CBO The Order includes 14 strict conditions, such as: • A large exclusion zone covering Hanwell Broadway and Walpole (with limited exceptions) • Prohibitions on entering specified shops and any stores she is banned from including British Heart Foundation charity shop, Boots Chemists, Sainsburys and Greggs Bakery in England and Wales. • Prohibitions on entering 25 Uxbridge Road, Hanwell, W73PX or being within ten (10) metres of any entrance or exits of it. • Restrictions on associating with named individuals • Prohibited from Consuming alcohol or being in possession of any form of open vessel of alcoholic beverage in any public place in England and Wales, other than licensed premises, • Prohibited from carrying any drug taking paraphernalia for any unlawful drug in any public place including but not limited to tin foil, pipes, wire wool or needles anywhere in England and Wales. • Conditions relating to possession of parcels not in her name • Requirements to leave premises when asked and to stop for police when directed These restrictions significantly limit her ability to continue offending in the area. Local Police Comment “We know how much impact persistent offenders have on residents and local businesses. This CBO is a major step in safeguarding the community and shows our commitment to tackling the behaviours causing the most harm.” Thank You We would like to thank Julie Dracup, formerly of the Ealing ASB Team, for her support throughout this case and all the community members who have provided us with vital information to help us secure the order. How You Can Help Please continue reporting concerns or suspicious activity via: 📱 101 or 999 in emergencies 🌐 met.police.uk 📩 Anonymous reports: Crimestoppers Your information helps us take meaningful action to keep Hanwell safe.
Kind Regards
