Farnborough Spencer Academy – Community & Careers Engagement

Local officers attended the recent Parents’ Evening at Farnborough Spencer Academy, where they engaged with students, parents and staff regarding local policing and community safety.

Officers promoted Notts Alert and provided information on the Voluntary Street Watch Scheme, encouraging residents interested in supporting their local area to take part.

Students also received guidance on career pathways within Nottinghamshire Police, with officers answering questions, offering advice and signposting them to appropriate recruitment channels.

We would like to thank the academy staff and the Year 9 student volunteers for hosting and supporting the event. Their hospitality was appreciated, and officers look forward to future visits
