Front counter services.

Dear residents.

From 28th February 2026 the Organisation will be implementing changes to Front Counter Services, The timeline of Events will be:

Saturday, 28 February 2026 at 1500 hours:

Twickenham, Wimbledon, and Mitcham front offices will be permanently closed.

Tuesday 3rd March 2026, Kingston and Lavender Hill front offices will:

Close at 2200 hours, and

Reopen on Wednesday 4 March 2026 at 1000 hours.

Ongoing opening hours thereafter:

Monday–Friday:
🕙 1000 – 2200 hours

Saturday–Sunday:
🕘 0900 – 1900 hours
