Premier Inn update regarding danger

Dear Resident,

This evening, officers attended the Premier Inn site to conduct a formal inspection of the premises and liaise with the on‑site security team.

During this visit, six youths were observed within the restricted area. Upon noticing the officers, they immediately left the site. The building is currently in a severely deteriorated and hazardous condition, presenting a significant risk of serious injury or harm to anyone who enters.

We respectfully request that anyone who is aware of individuals accessing the site advises them to refrain from doing so for their own safety.
