Myatt’s Field Neighbourhood Team Executes Successful Drug Warrant Following Community Concerns

This week, officers from the Myatt’s Field Neighbourhood Team, working in close partnership with colleagues from the Kennington and Stockwell Safer Neighbourhood Teams, executed a search warrant at an address in the Myatt’s Field area.

The warrant was obtained in direct response to concerns raised by local residents regarding suspected drug‑related anti‑social behaviour taking place at the location. Community information continues to play a vital role in helping us identify and target addresses linked to crime and disorder, and this action reflects our commitment to acting on what residents tell us.

During the search, officers arrested one male at the address and seized a large quantity of suspected Class A drugs. The investigation is ongoing, and further enquiries will be carried out to support potential charges and any wider linked activity.
