Burglary Alert

As your local Neighbourhood Acquisitive Crime Team, we wanted to update you that on Tuesday 24th February 2026, between 17:50 and 18:00 hours, a burglary occurred at a property on Cardigan Street, Derby.

A Male breaks into a property by smashing a rear window.  Suspect is disturbed in the process of stealing a TV and makes off via the rear garden.
