New Staff and a fresh start

I am back in after a few days off and have already been out in Morrisons and on the Mount shouting enthusiastically at those who abuse these spots. 
I am still waiting the arrival of my new officers. I am told their arrival is imminent. 
One of our Street Drinkers is having his birthday today, so i happily sang a full version of Happy Birthday to him, before banning him from the Mount for 24 hours.  He took it well and assures me that he has secured an address in Southall. So fingers crossed for him.

It will be a huge step forward for the team if we have a team of 3, we should have more coverage, as I will be the only one on compressed hours.

Our plan which will hopefully start shortly will be to start throwing a raft of charges at our worst offenders, and move them out of Acton. This is a similar plan to that being implemented across the Met. This will mean that they cant simply move on to a new area and carry on the same behaviour there.

Hopefully they will be arriving this week. Our skipper is away today, and moving from one team to another is never straight forward. When they do arrive I will ensure they introduce themselves on here.

It was also nice to meet to George today while I was out and about. He caught me shouting at the drug users in Morrisons car park, and it was nice to chat with him for a few minutes. 

It is happenign 2-3 times a week now and it is really nice to meet you all
