Burglary Near You - Legrams Lane

Dear Resident

You are receiving this as you live in the vicinity of a burglary that occurred on Legrams Lane between Monday 23rd February 1730hrs and 1900hrs 

ATTACKED PROPERTY IS HMO PROPERTY BOTH VICTIMS SHARE THE FIRST FLOOR FLAT - FLAT 1.

OCCUPANTS HAVE GONE OUT AND RETURNED BACK AT 1900 HOURS TO FIND THE FRONT DOOR TO THE PROPERTY WIDE OPEN. 
THE DOOR LOCKS WHEN THE DOOR IS SHUT IT IS A YALE LOCK NIGHT LATCH.

VICTIM 1 STATED THE DAY BEFORE HE DROPPED HIS HOUSE KEY SOMEWHERE POTENTIALLY JUST OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY.

THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE DOOR OR ANY SIGNS OF FORCED ENTRY.

OCCUPANTS HAVE LEFT THEIR BEDROOM DOOR UNLOCKED. UNTIDY SEARCH OF THE BEDROOM.
