Cold Caller reported 18th Feb

Its been bought to my attention that on Wednesday 18th Feb a male was knocking on doors in Eastleigh Ave in regards to Loft Insulation

He told the resident they should have received a letter from the council and that he'd come to talk about this work required

The resident said they weren't interested and he walked off

Did anyone else see or open the door to this male ? He was Asian late 20s/early 30s, Medium height, slim build, had quite a lot of hair. Smartly dressed. He had an id tag and a clipboard.
