membership of your local scheme

One of your local PCSO's, Scott Woodward has started a new Neighbourhood Watch scheme in your area and, as a local resident and NW member, I have now added you to the scheme. 

PCSO Woodward has been very active in promoting Neighbourhood watch in your area in order to help create a safer and more secure environment and bring people together.
