Just to make you aware that the areas where new properties could be an opportunity for would be opportunists to enter and steal items eg Piping and other materials .If you do see anything suspicious  at weekends or in the evenings even if they wear High Visibility clothing and are on site after usually 5pm do not hesitate to ring in on 101 .If may be harmless but better safe than sorry as we can go and check
