I wanted to provide you with an update regarding burglary, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.
We want to make you aware of a residential burglary that occurred on Derwent Drive between 2300hrs on 17/02/2026 and 0800hrs on 18/02/2026. Suspects attempted to force the rear patio door but were unsuccessful. They then broke the lock on the side back door and gained entry. When the homeowner came downstairs at 0800hrs, they found that drawers and cupboards had been searched, and coats had been taken outside and emptied—likely in an attempt to locate car keys.
