Burglary Series in Bearsted Area

There is currently an ongoing burglary series in the Bearsted area with three confirmed offences having taken place since December. These criminals are targeting properties with large amounts of gold and other jewellery and are forcing entry to the rear of houses.

Please be vigilant!

Keep your doors and windows locked.

Report all suspicious vehicles and persons to the Police as soon as possible.

Consider CCTV not only at the front but the rear of your home.

Consider motion activated lights for your property to act as a deterrent.
