Attempt Theft of Motor Vehicle

Overnight between 18th to 19th February a White Ford Transit was parked on Bettys Lane, Norton Canes, Cannock WS119UH. An unknown suspect has broken into the victim's vehicle by using a tool to open the side door. Nothing was stolen from the vehicle. Offender has tried to hot wire the vehicle.  Were you in to location and did you see anyone acting suspicious.
