Inspector Pickavance from Team 2 Neighbourhood team in company with PCSO attended the Harpurhey PACT meeting this evening at the Manchester Youth Zone.
Questions were asked about what is being done to tackle the issue of begging in the Harpurhey Shopping Centre.
