Hello Rutland, Update. |

Hello Rutland,
A quick update from me as Iโve been out and about across our lovely rural villages today ๐๐พ
Iโve been busy working through my crime queue, progressing several ongoing investigations and speaking with victims and witnesses, a lot of this work happens quietly in the background, but itโs a really important part of keeping our communities safe ๐
Out on patrol, I have completed a number of traffic stops as part of our local priority of road safety ๐โ ๏ธ Whether itโs advice, document checks or dealing with offences, it all helps keep Rutlandโs roads that bit safer for everyone.
This week I also attended a beat surgery alongside my colleague from the Rural South beat, PCSO 6575 Andrew French. As our areas neighbour each other, itโs always good for residents to meet us and chat through any concerns across both patches. Thank you to those who came to see us, community engagement is a big part of what we do, and it really does help us understand what matters most to you.
A quick reminder while Iโm here: ๐ Drive to the conditions, especially on our rural lanes where mud, standing water and blind bends can catch you out ๐ Give yourself plenty of time, rushing rarely ends well! ๐ If something feels off, slow it down
If youโd like to influence the priorities for your village, please take a moment to share your views on Neighbourhood Link: ๐ https://leicspolice.link/5Djhd Our current priorities are always kept updated here: ๐ https://leicspolice.link/6bdcc
Stay safe, Rutland, and thanks for your continued support ๐
