Anyone know who this bike belongs to?

A male was stopped by officers on Long Lane, SE1, in possession of a black B’Twin pedal cycle.

He stated that he had found the bike; however, the circumstances of the stop lead me to believe this account is unlikely to be accurate.

If anyone recognises the bicycle or believes they may be the lawful owner, please make contact.
