Attending anti-social behaviour issues with EALING team. |

Together with the Ealing Anti‑Social Behaviour (ASB) Team, we conducted a joint operation in North Acton aimed at addressing a range of ongoing ASB concerns. The operation focused particularly on properties with multiple occupants, where we have received reports relating to cuckooing, drug‑related activity, and other forms of anti‑social behaviour. During the operation, both teams worked collaboratively to identify vulnerable individuals, assess safeguarding concerns, and engage with residents to gather information and offer support. The joint approach allowed us to respond more effectively to high‑risk addresses, strengthen intelligence around suspected criminal activity, and take appropriate steps to safeguard those who may be at risk of exploitation. This partnership work remains a key priority, and we will continue to carry out similar operations to reduce ASB, disrupt drug‑related harm, and protect vulnerable residents across North Acton. Next Steps PlannedTo build on the work completed during the operation, the following actions are planned: 1. Continued Joint VisitsWe will carry out further joint visits with the Ealing ASB Team to properties identified as high‑risk, ensuring ongoing monitoring and early intervention where required. 2. Increased Intelligence DevelopmentInformation gathered during the operation will be reviewed and developed with partner agencies to identify offenders, safeguard vulnerable residents, and support enforcement or disruption activity where appropriate. 3. Partner Agency ReferralsVulnerable individuals identified during the operation will be referred to relevant support services, including social care, substance misuse teams, and housing services. 4. Targeted Patrols in Identified HotspotsSNT officers will conduct targeted reassurance patrols around the affected addresses and surrounding streets to deter further ASB and maintain a visible presence. 5. Ongoing Multi‑Agency Problem‑SolvingWe will continue to work with housing associations, local authority teams, outreach services, and tenancy enforcement officers to address persistent issues and implement longer‑term safeguarding and tenancy solutions. 6. Follow‑Up Engagement With ResidentsResidents who raised concerns will be revisited to provide updates, offer reassurance, and encourage the continued reporting of suspicious or disruptive behaviour.
