Good News Story!

I wanted to provide an update regarding drug dealing / drug use, which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

Last week officers attended a premises in Tooting Bec and conducted a Section 23 of Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 search, throughout the search officers found a significant quantity of drugs, including: 37+ wraps of Class A, Class B as well as drug paraphernalia. Furthermore, multiple mobile phones were seized along with a number of machetes, lock knifes and a rifle was found (awaiting classification). The subject was arrested for the offences of Possession with Intent to Supply Class A and B, Offensive of Weapon, Possession of Firearm, Possession of Criminal Property.
